 on, a Monroe County native, brings an extensive background in the natural f
 oods industry to Mill Market. Most recently, he served as General Manager o
 f the Texas-based Natural Grocers, and has worked in Specialty Foods and Ma
 nagement positions at Central Market in Dallas, TX; The Fresh Market, Jacks
 onville, Fl; and Mount Snow USA, West Dover, VT. Huddleston graduated Summa
  Cum Laude with a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management from Eas
 t Stroudsburg University."I'm delighted to be back home, working on such an
  exciting project that supports the people and the economy of northeastern 
 Pennsylvania and the Upper Delaware region," says Huddleston.Mill Market is
