 tures.Huddleston, a Monroe County native, brings an extensive background in
  the natural foods industry to Mill Market. Most recently, he served as Gen
 eral Manager of the Texas-based Natural Grocers, and has worked in Specialt
 y Foods and Management positions at Central Market in Dallas, TX; The Fresh
  Market, Jacksonville, Fl; and Mount Snow USA, West Dover, VT. Huddleston g
 raduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Manag
 ement from East Stroudsburg University."I'm delighted to be back home, work
 ing on such an exciting project that supports the people and the economy of
  northeastern Pennsylvania and the Upper Delaware region," says Huddleston.
 Mill Market is advised by a Board of Directors offering expertise in a vari
 ety of fields relevant to sustainability, hospitality, food and economic de
 velopment. Board Chair Grant Genzlinger is executive chef and co-owner of T
 he Settlers Inn, Ledges Hotel and Glass Wine Bar, and Cocoon Coffee House i
